At AAA Membership Offer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AAA Membership account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
